Schedule Requirements

• Flexible availability including weekends

• Comfortable with a variable schedule (1–4 days per week)

• Willing to adjust schedule based on club needs

• Seeking long-term commitment (minimum 2+ years preferred)

Lead and oversee all golf operations at one of North Mississippi’s top-ranked courses. The Director of Golf is responsible for managing pro shop staff, coordinating tournaments and outings, developing membership, and setting the standard for the guest experience at Kirkwood National. PGA membership preferred. This is a leadership role for someone who takes pride in running a first-class operation.

Keep play moving and the guest experience exceptional on our championship 18-hole course. The Marshal monitors the pace of play, assists golfers with course etiquette, and ensures a smooth, enjoyable round for everyone on the property. A friendly, confident personality and a genuine love of the game are a must.

Help us maintain the wooded beauty and playing conditions that keep guests coming back year after year. Maintenance team members assist with mowing, course setup, irrigation, bunker care, and general grounds upkeep across our Bermuda fairways, Champion Bermuda greens, and the surrounding landscape. Early morning availability required.

Be the face of Kirkwood National from the moment guests arrive. Golf Shop Assistants handle tee time check-ins, cash and card transactions using our ForeUP system, merchandise sales, phone inquiries, and general clubhouse hospitality. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and comfort in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Keep our golfers and cottage guests fueled and refreshed. Snack Bar Staff prepare and serve food and beverages, maintain a clean and welcoming service area, handle transactions accurately, and bring a friendly energy to every interaction. Must meet Mississippi requirements for serving alcohol.

Keep our fleet and facilities running smoothly behind the scenes. Cart Attendants are responsible for staging, cleaning, and storing golf carts, picking and restocking the driving range, and keeping the cart barn and surrounding areas neat and organized. This is a great role for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in keeping things running right. Afternoon and weekend availability required.
