Online Booking, No-Show & Cancellation Policy

CREDIT CARD REQUIREMENT

All online tee time reservations require a valid credit card on file at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged at the time of reservation. It is held solely to enforce the policies below. By completing your reservation, you authorize Kirkwood National Golf Club to charge your card in the event of a policy violation as described on this page.

PLEASE BOOK ACCURATELY TO AVOID CHARGES

Your card will only be charged if you do not show up for your start time, or if you arrive with fewer players than you booked. The person who books the tee time is responsible for all players in the group. It is your responsibility to relay these policies to your guests before your round.

CASH & CARD PRICING

Kirkwood National offers both cash and card pricing for all goods and services. A 3.5% convenience fee is added to all card transactions and is not included in prices listed on our website. Green fees and cottage rates shown online are cash prices.

NO-SHOW POLICY

A no-show occurs when any booked player fails to appear for their reserved tee time without proper advance cancellation, or when fewer players arrive than were booked.

  • No-show charges are applied per missed player at the full published greens fee (including cart) for the applicable day and rate.

  • The person who booked the tee time is financially responsible for all no-show charges, regardless of which players did not appear.

  • If Kirkwood National is able to fill a vacated spot from a walk-up or waitlist, the no-show charge may be waived at management’s discretion.

Full group no-show / Full greens fee + cart per player booked

Booked 4, only 2 arrive (no notice) / Full greens fee + cart for the 2 absent players

Booked 3, only 2 arrive (no notice) / Full greens fee + cart for the 1 absent player

Booked 2, only 1 arrives (no notice) / Full greens fee + cart for the 1 absent player

CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION POLICY

Cancellations and player count reductions may be made online through your ForeUP account or by calling the Pro Shop at 662-252-4888.

Day of Tee Time / Cancellation or Modification Required By

Monday – Thursday / At least 24 hours before tee time

Friday – Sunday & Holidays / At least 48 hours before tee time

  • Inside the cancellation window: Call the Pro Shop directly at 662-252-4888. Late cancellations are subject to no-show charges.

  • If you need to reduce your player count, please do so before the applicable deadline. Do not simply arrive with fewer players than booked — you will be charged for the difference.

  • If you are unsure whether your full group can make it, book only your confirmed players. Additional players can often be added closer to your tee time by calling the Pro Shop, subject to availability.

BOOKING ACCURATE PLAYER COUNTS

Booking more players than will play prevents us from pairing other golfers with your group and results in a no-show charge for each missing player.

  • Do not book for 2 players if only 1 will play. We do not book tee times for single players.

  • Do not book for 4 players to hold a tee time when only 2 are confirmed.

  • Kirkwood National reserves the right to pair twosomes and threesomes with other golfers. By booking online, you consent to being paired.

REPEAT NO-SHOW CONSEQUENCES

Kirkwood National tracks no-show history per account.

MEDIA & PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY

By booking a tee time at Kirkwood National Golf Club, you grant and authorize Kirkwood National Golf Club & Cottages the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute, and make use of any pictures or video taken of you for use in lawful promotional materials — including but not limited to newsletters, social media, websites, flyers, brochures, and press materials — without payment or additional consideration.

LIABILITY

All persons on or about the premises of Kirkwood National Golf Club & Cottages assume all risk of injury or loss to themselves or personal property, and assume all liability to others for their own acts.
